WP1 Crossborder Project managment  and coordination

Description This WP will implement technical & financial management & project reporting. To ensure PM, will be created: - a Piloting Trans-border Committee (PTC) for strategic decisions on technical activities & for monitoring project performances; - 1 Joint Project Manager (JPM) & 1 Joint Financial Manager (JFM), will be designated to manage technical and financial elements, problems, deliveries. A Project Technical Secretariat (PTS) will be managed by LP, with the role of partnership co-ordination & technical assistance in the management procedures & financial flow.
